Shipping & Returns

 

We are so happy to be shipping to you! Here are a few details.

  • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) 
  • All US shipping addresses are charged a $10.00 flat rate fee.
  • 2-3 business days is the current processing time and does not include the shipping time. 
  • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. Shipping times are not guarenteed.

All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 

All domestic purchases are also insured in case of lost, damaged or marked delivered items/packages.

JM Boutique is not responsible for the following:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. 

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, or your package is marked delivered and you have not receive it, you must file a claim with the USPS to start a claim and receive a refund; a refund will not be issued through JM Boutique.  To file a claim with USPS please visit usps.com/help/claims
